The computer recognises the card, but nothing through to obs. This is untrue. In my circumstance, there was no audio coming from the capture card at all.

You might change the sound from your screen to the controller or through a headset

This stops the sound going down the hdmi cable and therefore your device will not pick up any sound

If you plug headphones into your controller or use a bluetooth headset then it wont work
