Pros & Cons
Pros
I love how compact this weight vest is. The solid weights are much more convenient and easier to change around than the sand bags in other vests. The pocketed design allows for additional weights in the future.
The vest comes in two panels, one front and one back. The panels attach with velcro on the shoulder straps. There are other straps to go around that will keep it from flopping around. My only gripe about this vest is the strap system.
The only negative is that the 60lb capacity vest is advertised as such, when it’s true max weight is only 58 lbs. I have bright orange duct tape across mine saying weight vest, just so people don't get the wrong idea.
Cons
I have a small head and it scrapes my ears and face just trying to slide it on. It digs into your traps pretty bad. It's super negligible for the amount of pain in your traps you will have to endure.
It's just a matter of the lack of padding, the shoddy designed to carry so much weight. Their next answer was buy shoulder pads, lol. It proved to be completely unusable for horizontal exercises like planks and push ups.
Do yourself a favor, circuit train and don't waste a dollar with this deceptive company mir.
