Pros

This vest is awesome! It fits great and looks awesome. Have had to have the vest replace due to tearing.

Cons

It's just a matter of the lack of padding, the shoddy designed to carry so much weight. Their next answer was buy shoulder pads, lol. It is also unusable for horizontal exercises like planks and push ups.

I have a small head and it scrapes my ears and face just trying to slide it on. It digs into your traps pretty bad. It's super negligible for the amount of pain in your traps you will have to endure.

Do yourself a favor, circuit train and don't waste a dollar with this deceptive company mir.
