A bit large for 5'3 11lb woman, and no way to use it under winter coat--or they'll think you're a terrorist.

I would not recommend running with these vests on as they cannot be could for your shoulders/spine with that repetitive bouncing.

The way the straps are set up on the vest does not allow for running.

I love the size, since i am a woman, and the male ones are way too big.

I'm sure a women's one would fit better, however they do not come in this high of a weight size.
