For anyone shorter they’d be perfection and it’s really not worth complaining about just know that if you’re pushing 5’9” or 10” you may be a bit unhappy

They fit true to size and the waist isn’t that high nor does it do any kind of tummy control its just a slightly wider double layered waistband offering no support

However the tummy control is not a true tummy controller

I did not expect waist trainer style of tummy control however it did not have the grip or slight control one would expect if advertised a tummy control yoga pants
