Pros
Product works great. Awesome product to pop the grain of our stair parts.
Worked great on my telecaster guitar neck. Doesn't hurt at all. It applies really well.
Pine has a tendency to get splotchy when stained, so i treated it first with this conditioner. It's just a night and day difference, especially on the center where i have 1/4 hardwood. Worthwhile addition to pine diy stained projects.
Cons
The wood didn't absorb the stain it just sat on top of the wood. I was forced to throw the board into my kindling pile and start over. This little can is cute, but pointless lol.
