Pros & Cons
Cons
The only way to make it somewhat palatable is to soak it in water in the fridge for a few days. It's only edible if you disguise the taste with sauce, gravy, or salad dressing.
Quinoa is sour and tastes like it hasn't been rinsed. The cooked quinoa has to donate to waste management landfill. I prefer the fresh quinoa made by bob's red mill organic grain quinoa.
