Pros

Minor monkey shiny white pillow cases are very nice. Good buy at $9 per pillowcase, especially for egyptian cotton. These pillow cases are made out of thick 100% cotton fabric.

Cotton is the way to go! You pretty much have to be looking for it to notice it though. They are perfect! Will make a great gift.

They have a sateen weave, rather than the percale weave i prefer in the summer. With this quality i anticipate that they will get softer with time - just like linen or any cotton bedding.

Cons

Color inconsistent and splotchy. Washed 1x and wrinkled like tissue paper. Before these that i got for $20 are significantly softer, cooler, and better quality.

When i look at both sheets up close the new sheets are more porous as if maybe its not truly a 1,000 thread count sheet. This is very disappointing. It’s no better than 300 tc.

The top sheet is not long enough. It barely tucks in the mattress. The elastic part is not large enough to fit the width of my bed.
