Its not ruined just that the fulcrum pin will slowly work its way out now and i have to tap it back in every so often

There is another source of galvanized wire home depot sells bundles of 12 straight hanging rod for drop ceilings

I make brackets to hold tools on the wall hooks for inside the stools to catch the float so it does not go completely down and tangle in some of the other mechanism
