Pb&j yum. This actually works. What a genius idea. I keep one in my medicine cabinet and one inmy purse.
Bites tend to swell and itch for days (weeks? For me the suction completely takes away the itchiness really well unless the bite is on a bony or muscular part of the body. Works great especially for mosquito bites.

At first i thought that the suction wasnt strong enough to remove a sting or bug

But the correct way to use it is by moving the handle up and down until the suction is strong enough to your liking to be able to remove any sting

If i am able to get good suction on the bite within 30 or so minutes it immediately stops itching and the swelling disappears within the hour

I sometimes use rubbing alcohol to neutralize the sting and this is about as effective
