The phone holder would not open wide enough to accomodate the lifeproof case although it would hold the phone if i removed the phone from the lifeproof case

One benefit i stumbled upon is that you can have 2 simultaneous shooting of the video by pointing the phone in a different direction than the camera itself

Was skeptical about grip strength sturdiness durability especially with third party products and even more all of these clipclampholder things for phones

You do need to take the phone out of its case to fit
