Pros
A good distraction when needed. We have lengthy conference calls several days a week and this really gets us through, we have a league going and its pretty intense. I have this in my classroom for indoor recess when we have to stay inside.
Cons
I enjoy it for my desk at work but one of the darts came without a magnetic tip so it is useless. Really lame. This is so small don’t bother buying it.

I sat at my work desk approximately 4’ from the board and it still stuck no problem

It does lean back a little which may help it stick but tossing it out there in case that would bug someone
