My exercise mini habits are to do one push up and 5 squats first thing in the morning. Even on my busiest days i still complete these habits for they are easily attainable! I actually like going to the gym, who would have thought.
This book has two sections. Guise proposes 4 extremely effective methods of intsruction in his book. Worthy reading. Methods and suggestions are reasonable.
My only complaint about this book is ot became very repetitive. This book agrees, but also has a ton of sensible and actionable steps to tie it all together.

It seems like he talked about everything but mini habits for weight loss until chapter 8 (could be wrong on the chapter, as i listened to the audio book and the real chapter numbers don't line up with the audio chapters) most suggested habits are easy... Read More
It fails for me. It's very simple. Blah, blah, blah. Then it gets repetitive at the end.
