Pros
The quality of the manufacture is high. Went above and beyond my expectations. It is flawless.
Cons
Hdmi connector is so loose that every time bump or slightly move my laptop, the external monitor goes black. Will be purchasing a different cable. Get the adapter, do not get this cord.

It had the regular display ports disabled and no hdmi but it did have mini display ports

From my picture i hope you can see that the large hdmi input is quite long

This almost made it so i could not fit the cable into the back of my monitor with the dual monitor stand that i have

Just had to go into settingsdisplay and click mirror displays and there was the picture

After plugging in to my p1000 quadro video card the nvidia options for custom resolution was able to accommodate the 4k resolution where as a normal adapter to hdmi cord would not work
