Not scientifically written. It hardly qualifies as a self-help book. Is there any science behind these claims and if so is it quite as definitive as she claims?
However, it suffers from circularly reasoning. Is there really no data to show that “only” one group behaved a certain way? The one concept is the one final answer. People are given a boolean value on a single dimension.

The base content is great but it got irritating to have multiple chapters basically saying the same thing over and over
