If i were to not be in control, there's no way i would be able to operate effectively, make continual progress and enjoy the process without going insane!in this book, i was looking for new techniques and ideas i could incorporate into my personal mindset and mindfulness training (yes, that's a thing!), and i'm pleased to say i was not disappointed
