Soft, lightweight, visual experience. Cute, simple little lamp. Plugged in and chose a setting for white noise and color change.

This bear does just what it's advertised to do. It has three brightness levels to enjoy the best breathing and mediation exercises that’s best for you. The owl and the bear is very calming.

Given as a gift to a veteran with ptsd/anxiety/depression. Handy reminder to breathe using the 4/7/8 method guided by changing lights. Soothing nature sounds for rest and mindfulness.

The sound is crisp and the colors are nice and muted. I wish it could get much louder. When we get strong winds or during fireworks, my kids turn on a loud box fan to block the noise.
