This is not just a book about overcoming addiction; it’s about overcoming your mental limitations. If you want to trick your brain to work to your advantage this is the best. Not lame self-help.
This book is chock full of interesting, relevant to the chapter stories and analogies. A lot of the book has echoes of stoicism. It is original, unconventional and very empowering!

Author uses geeky hacker terminology to make his point. Uses terms that my sci-fi imagination is very comfortable with.
Cons
This is basically hypnosis disguised as something else. Maybe my mental computer is just not well-hacked by his brilliant process. This reads like a gigantic ego trip.
