Pros
Headlamp has great battery life. Brightness is very good. For those occasions you need a brighter light it can deliver.
Great head lamp. Works well on a hard hat or without. No more holding a regular flashlight in my hands while bending under my 18 wheeler.

It's very bright, and easy to recharge from a standard usb. It's super bright and rechargeable. This head lamp frees up his hands to do his work.
Very durable and reliable. A little expensive but absolutely worth every penny. Overall a good product. Very very handy.
Cons
Milwaukee lamp is to heavy and the charge does not last. No amount of button presses or recharge attempts will resolve this error. Loved it at first. Is guess milwaukee has gone downhill like all the other companies.
