A very nyc and trustworthy product. You will not be disappointed. And also in warranty period.
Packed in plastic polythene bag. No leakage. The sipper is pretty tight. Overally it's worthy to buy if u like to drink hot water most of the time.
Cons
Item lid is damaged when delivered. Even after exchanging product quality is not good. Not suitable for travel.
