Ive also used a silklike fitted bed sheet over this and it also helps with the warmth
It had no funky smell after waiting for it to expand which it did very quickly that just shows the quality

Was a little concerned that 2 inches might not be enough but its perfect

But overall for half the price of other bed toppers on the market i would highly recommend
I sprayed febreeze fabric refresher and that took care of it right away
I’ve brought similar products in the past at twice the price so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth

It arrived vacuum packed inside a reasonably sized box

The instruction says 48 hours for it to return to its original shape but it took only 4 hours for mine to fully decompressed
