Pros

I have over 2 ounces now. They were very prompt and went beyond in helping me replace a package with a manufacturer defect (1 seal wasn't quite shut all the way) only complaint is the gas i got afterwards.

Cons

The cookies in the second box were expired. Just stuck with the cookies, or cook some oatmeal and add chia and flax seeds. The cookies are delicious, but this product did the complete opposite of what it said it would do.
