Pros
My poodles neck is 10 inches. But the 5/8” width is perfect. I have a 12lb yorkie who loves to wear a collar.
Mile high has amazingly bright colour and also has reflective threading throughout the collar. The reflectiveness is minimum but is great. Reflective stitching very effective.
Cons
The blue collar becomes very loose within a day or so. It loosens up easily and is cheaply made. The plastic loop is against the plastic clip of the collar and they clack against eachother. And the leash ring seems very flimsy.
Quality is sub par. It's fine if all you need if for is hanging tags off of otherwise it’s nonfunctional.

Just to be clear even when she has not been in the light for awhile the collar is still dimly lit enough for me to see where she is
