Pros
Very sturdy material but very lightweight and fits easily back in to carry pouch. The quality of materials and construction is about 90% as good which is fine. Multi purpose. Cannot fault it.
The poncho has bags of room underneath and would easily accomodate a day sack. Long enough to fit over me and a good sized backpack. My husband is 5ft 8 and it keeps him dry to mid calf.
Takes about 5 seconds to put on, covering everything, which is the key advantage of a poncho over a raincoat. Extra thickness means it really is waterproof.
Cons
The product description says rip stop nylon. Returned for refund - thank you, amazon.
