Good quality plastic, sturdy. Love not having to worry about acrylic paints drying on the palette. Cleans up best with acrylic but provides a nice big mixing surface for other medium like watercolor.

I use acrylic paints and when the paint dries you can peel it right off this palette

Im new to painting so wasnt sure how much i trusted the idea of just being able to peel paint off this thing

The acrylic paint peels off nicely if its thick but thin layers of dilutedmostlyused paint need to be hand scraped

If you leave those thin layers there it will not continue stick on when you use it the next time and you get little bits of old dried paint in the new paint
