This really solves a lot of problems. Makes me cringe to this day. This devise is his savior.

Ice is a natural pain reliever. This is definitely my favorite when it comes to pain relief, inflammation and total body relaxation. This and any cold therapy helps with depression, anxiety, racing thoughts as it resets your feelings and mind.

The hat fits securely so i can walk around to get things done while still soothing my headache. The cap is very soft and stretchy.

Cons

The gel ice packs are not removable. The packs stay twisted, folded, balled up and you get no comfort from it. Ice packs are lumpy inless you completely disassemble the hat and freez the ice flat.

The gel packs freeze hard - they are not pliable to head shape when cold. It is actuall painfull with all the frozen ice pouches poking your head.

You will definitely want to freeze the packs outside the hat and flat
