This time i was cleaning my police cruiser and had the radio on along with all the other electronics guess what when i went to start it to back it out of the garage it wouldnt start

Of course bring impatient i didnt leave it sit long enough and it didnt work but after reading the instructions again i left it hooked up about another 5 minutesequaling about 1520 minutes i turned the key and it cranked up

Also if your battery is old that may be the problem not the charger
