Keeps its shape, and fluffs up soft and nice when dry. Not super cushy, but doesn't claim to be. This is the only bed they use that they havent ripped up.

This company needs to immediately discontinue production of this very poorly made item and stop selling them until they completely redesign. It is not soft, at all. Almost zero padding on bottom.

It is not big enough for a 12 week toy poodle, so i will be returning the product. And i have a 4 pound papillon puppy and the bed was even too small for her.
