Pros

This is everything a midwest cookbook should be. Authentic midwest recipes, from the past and present. I really love cookbooks but some can be disappointing.

Some recipes have hints or shortcuts to them. The recipes are fantastic. Yummy work, great inspiration.

The angel fluff is hard to describe but just as shauna says, don't question it, just get in there. Beautifully written. It's worth every penny.
