Only downside is that it doesn't hold more water, but that's just me being greedy. The way it is designed with the pin that drops down to block the water is the best ever.

The spout is absolutely leakproof. There are never any drips unless they were being messy and spilled as they drank. The bottles come with a sort of plastic key to tighten or loosen the metal *.

Cons

While installing i already knew this would not work out. The ones with metal hangers that hang over the site are extremely noisy. I have a living world deluxe habitat, and the wire bars make it difficult to secure anything to them.

I installed it with the bottle facing inside the cage and the spout is away from the cage wall
