I have used rodent water bottles to provide my chicks with clean fresh water before and was successful but being that most rodent bottles are made for wire cages and my postincubation tank was glass i needed something that would adhere to a wall not stick through bars

Red chicken waterers can be activated when the birds hit it with their beak from any angle but for this bottle to work the animal must push the metal rod upward and it doesnt work with side to side pressure

The small size is super small though quite a bit smaller than i expected honestly

Has not leaked and looks good but the suction pieces are poorly made and are warped making it hard to stick on to glass enclosure
