The instructions say to stick these to your clothing and not directly against your skin. The directions state neither side of the patch should come in contact with the skin. Both clothing items are thin which is what is stated in the instructions.

Midol heat vibes menstrual pain relief heat patches are a huge disappointment. Midol is the only reason i can function the first two days of my cycle. This stuff is a joke- it lasts maybe three hours per dose and barely touches my pain.

The expiration date shows 12/23/2023. The instruction is misleading. Neither box is past it's expiration date either.
