Dog collar fits inside 3 loops on the inside of the cone, and also fastens with velcro on the outside. I have a treeing walker coonhound and it's sturdy, even for her craziness. Dog can sleep comfortably with it.

Material is still too stretchy in either size. The donut is a weird shape when inflated like it’s too round. The velcro strap closure is too long so doesnt stick properly.
