Pros

Bigger than the freezer on our regular size refrigerator by about 1/2. Supplements the small apt freezer on refrigerator. Wish it had stackable baskets to find and to get to things in the bottom easier. It works well and gets super cold.

This meets all my needs. No complaint so far.

This was bought with free amazon delivery & in-home placement. I'm back for another one for the garage, but seeing the more recent reviews makes me wonder if they are using cheap chinese parts or something since the pandemic.

Cons

The value of this freezer is literally 0. Plugged it in and seems to cool down quickly to -5. Not even going to bother plugging it in. Also the freezer periodically stops running for several minutes.

Their customer service is basically non existent. I was refunded and donated it. I initiated a return only to be told it's not returnable through amazon.
