The warranty is void due to the product not being plugged into a wall outlet. The fresh air vent was broke off and wedged in the fan blades. Wont turn off, cant raise or lower temp.

Didn't cool the room on coolest mode with strongest fan. As far as cooling the area, it just barely covers. Had it on on the coldest degree for 4 hours & it’s still not cool enough in my living room.

The noise level is just almost unbearable. It drowns out the tv so we have to turn it up loud.

This is the fourth midea window ac i have purchased and all of them work well and blow very cold

We purchased four ac units from home depot after six months the sensors went out and they do not function properly

My husband just installed this window unit 12000 btu about 30 minutes ago hunnnyyyyyy it has done dropped three degrees in here

So we saw this 12000 btu on sale and the rest is well history sort of

It was delivered we installed it and within 15 minutes our living room and kitchen were chilly willy

The remote was missing so amazon took care of the very quickly the next problem arose when the filter light came on

We received the ac at the end of august during the 90 heat wave here in nc

The box was torn and there are some dents on the right side of the air conditioner

For so many years we have bought a different brand which could never keep up in louisiana heat
