Pros

Cools our 225 sq ft. Master bedroom. It keeps my bedroom very cool even when it is blistering outside.

It notifies you when you need to clean the filter and cleaning is incredibly easy. It seems to pull in moths and mosquitos. The reusable filter is also a nice touch.

It's way quieter than the old one. It's also not as heavy as other models, and cooling perfectly. Not very noisy.

Cons

The noise is unbearable. It rattles and makes the worst noises even while on just fan mode. Miserable trying to stay cool. Just as 'noisy' as many others.

The box of the replacement had been opened and retaped. There were scratches on the bottom, and the metal in the back was dented. The paint was scraped of the bottom of the unit. The window was the type that was not a sliding unit.

The pictures are poor, but you can figure out what unit is referred to if you spend some time examining what they are telling you. They all *. This is terrible worst a. Just an awful unit.
