Giving it 4 stars but may come back and change as it is not yet fully assembled so much can still go wrong

If that cant happen ill have no choice but to send it back then begins the hassle of can i return just the one piece which is the part you sit on and if so to where and if they replace the entire piece will the white leather of the replacement matchgt or do i need to return the whole thing which naturally is nearly impossible because i already discarded the boxe

The shipping is a hassle and its really hard to assemble extremely heavy pieces must be held in place while a second person tries to screw misbored holes with an allen wrench that strips after the first two bolts

The white is already scuffed so it might have been worth the extra few hundred dollars to choose a different color

Now that ive owned this chair for only a few months both of the seat buttons have popped out and i have a chair with two big holes in it

It has been well cared for so there are no stains and has endured no abuse but it is of no value and looks like junk
