Pros & Cons
Pros
This goes much faster, and most important, it is much gentler on the bikes. This seems durable. It is functional and cheaper than several other brands.
Each place for a bike is padded and has velcro straps for easy securing the bikes. Put a stainless steel wire through the pad when manufacturing with loops on the ends to lock the pad on the tailgate.
While i have owned countless bike racks this is my first over the tailgate type. Installing is super easy. Attaching it is easy though.
Used this to hold two mountain bikes in my old 2002 f250. Used this in back of 2020 sierra denali crew cab with shorter bed. Works best on our hybrid trek bikes.
Pad goes low enough over the back to protect the tailgate from scratches. Drove miles at freeway speeds with no issue at all. Underside is nice and soft for to avoid damaging tailgate.
Cons
The biggest flaw here is the design of the straps. They are literally on backwards. You can't open the latch because the latch opening is only on one side. The material is flimsy and feels really cheap.

I don’t have it attached just set it on the tailgate before going

I almost think if they had the straps reversed it would be easier to put the straps through from the top of the tailgate and not underneath

However the cutout hole for the backup camera needs to be cut out a little more on the bottom and less on the top

Its still kind of covers the backup camera

If it doesnt well you probably shouldnt be riding a bike or driving a vehicle

I could just use a blanket tarp which i tried first but the velcro straps diminish to eliminate the need for additional tie downs

If the bike down tubes are thin the retaining strap might not secure on tightly
