Pros
Surface exceeds expectations. Only complaint is dealing with fedex.
Added keyboard, mouse, protective case, screen protector and 10-key pad. The processor is fast and responsive. The charger for it is also pretty neat.
Great product, hard to tell it was renewed came packaged like new. Wow the refurbished is absolutely flawless! Amazon for at least grading each renewed item into one of three categories.
It picks up cursive and chicken scratch very well. No dents scratches or anything.
Cons
Both had the same logo shows up when i push the power button, but won't turn on. A quick google search shows this is a very common problem. There are crumbs in every crack and didn’t even come in a proper box.
Keeping it again further degrades the laughable excellent condition statement. This isn't a it is incompetence bordering on fraud. I get that it's refurbished, but that’s a pretty big flaw.

Excellent price for the surface pro saved 100150 versus new
500 is such a bargain for a quality little machine like this and in my case the 34renewed34 version was completely problemfree

The product came fast was neatly in its package

I was skeptical about buying a used device but upon getting it i was blown awayit came practically new in the package
After i opened the box the computer was just like how it was described
Even though its a pre owned it came looking like it was fresh off the press
