Using rechargeable batteries is the way to go. Charges in about 2 hrs. Only gripe is that it only comes with one battery.

Would rather pay a little more and have it come with 2 but if you have 4 controllers and buy 2 of the 2 pack rechargeables then you have 5 total and the extra one you can use while the dead one charges
