Pros

Got the e-mail within seconds and downloaded 365 account very quickly. It is cheaper than renewing with microsoft or mcafee and will save you a lot of money. Easy to install, no yearly subscription.

Cons

Spent ages trying without success. Had live chat with amazon and got nowhere. Be warned. It's like being sent to the sweet shop to buy a lamb chop. The amazon site is useless in terms of trying to get my money back or get help from amazon.
