The south facing camera is a much older ptz that has been in operation for several years

The pier was closed for a few days because of damage by waves just a few feet from the cameras but the cameras were still standing

We do not use the motion detection features and although we tested it are not using the sound features because we do not want to transmit what people may say on the beach or pier to our web site
