Pros & Cons
Pros
Great for zesting as well as parmesan. Works well for parmesan, nutmeg, horseradish etc. Looks nice too; for a grater.
The professional range has a stainless steel handle instead of a plastic one that is widely available in dept stores on the high street. It goes in the dishwasher, is sturdy and very easy to use.
Well made, easy to use & clean. Fab seller and arrived really quickly too. Bought this as a present for my hubby.
Fine really is super fine. Watch your fingers. Works brilliantly. It just sits there, i do the work!
Cons
Overnight soaking in warm soapy water didn't remove it. Had to return.

However for zesting lemonslimes etc which is mainly what i wanted this for the fine version is in my opinion too fine what you get is lemon zest paste pulp rather than actual grated lemon zest

Its just about ok for parmesan but again what you get is very fine parmesan snow much finer than what you get from a normal fine cheese grater

Loose one star for leaving sticky label residue on the blade which needed solvent to remove
