Appears to be all steel but inside the handle is some plastic part that snapped such that the handle broke off completely

It took a lot of elbow grease googone and 15mn to get all the glue off

The metal loop in the handle on this model started to wiggle a little in its socket but it seems well attached on the inside anyway
