Arriving in a branded box it consists of a padded desk clamp an anglepoise boom arm and the mic holder you also get some straps for tidying away cables a sneeze guard and a pop shield

For general purpose its all you need to get the microphone correctly positioned when for example recording whilst sat at a computer
