Pros
The ex-large is degfinitly what it says. It holds its shape and the medium size is close to a regular standard size pillow. Better than sobakowa pillow!
Only a special pillow case covers it but it takes the feel and a bit of the comfort.
Cons
Used for 2 hours- was like lying on a cement block with a chemical odor. I wonder if it's carcinogenic.
