These are super cheaply built but i lose them all the time so

The only catch is that you have to fully extend them to get them to retract

The problem with all connecting cables like this is the wires are either very small and easily broken or so large they are easily broken so you always have to avoid bending the wire next to the connector plugs if you want a long service life out of the cell phone recharging or sync cables

The supplier initially sent the wrong item but when they were notified the corrected the problem in short order
