I simply connected the otb cable to the micro usb port on the fire tv cube then plugged in my ethernet cable to the otg ethernet port and a sandisk 64 gb usb disk drive into one of the three usb ports on the otg cable

I recommend replacing firestick power block with 5v2a power block for consistent power and stop firestick 4k random restarts

I tried the version without external power and the usb ports but it doesnt work with echo show
