I generally buy one moderately priced cable at a time but no matter how much i spend after only a few months the microusb end gets distortedbent and doesnt make a good connection with my phone

The microusb tip bent after my 5 year old niece dropped her kindle fire with it plugged in it was a soft drop of only 2 feet max

I also noticed that after only 2 weeks the braiding at the usb end was frayed which is unusual considering that end always stayed plugged into the wall plug adapter and was rarely if ever manipulated
