I'm taking creatine, protein, and bcaa's too. I have debilitating cramps for the first 2 days usually. This supplement has made it noticeably more bearable and lessened the duration of it by 1 to 2 days.
This product comes in a resealable bag that is easy to reseal. It is vegan and gmo free. This is my third bag and i will continue to order from this vendor.
My hat is off to all involved in creating this product. The value is incredible. Product works great. Very pleased with the product.
